RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
If you want to return or exchange an item that you purchased on maccosmeticsnordics.com, follow the instructions below:
1. FILL IN THE RETURNS FORM
Fill out the return form (enclosed with the original order) and send it with the return item.
2. CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR COMMERCIAL INVOICE
Because Norway is outside the EU, the returns must include trade invoices for customs purposes. Contact Consumer Care XXX@XXX or XXX-XXX-XXX and they will send you a copy of commercial invoice for return purposes. Send commercial invoice with the return note.
3. PACK ITEM
Pack the item securely for the return so that it does not receive damage during transport.
4. ATTACH THE RETURN LABEL FROM THE INVOICE ON THE RETURN PACKAGE
The return is prepaid.
5.DELIVER THE RETURN PACKAGE AT THE SERVICE POINT OR CALL COLLECTION
Delivery supplier is UPS. The return package can be dropped off at any UPS service point, or call UPS and ask them to pick up the package from your home.
6. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A RETURN LABEL

For your own safety and to ensure a fast delivery, we recommend that you send the return package as a tracked package for it to be tracked.
Unfortunately, we do not return postage charges. If you receive a damaged item, contact MAC immediately. More information can be found in the section on damaged goods below.
7. PAYMENT OF REFUND
The refund will be processed when the return package is received by the warehouse. The return will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. How long it takes before you have the money in your account can vary depending on the bank you use. Please contact your bank for more information.

8. I ordered / received the wrong product. Can I return it?
If you have ordered via the web and the delivery is not as expected, contact us at XXX@XXX or XXX-XXX-XXX for help.
9. I received an item that was damaged upon arrival. What do I do about it?
Check the box for any damage that may have occurred during shipping when you receive your package. It is common for the box to have minor damage, but if the item (s) itself is damaged, please save the box, packaging and products before contacting us as soon as possible at XXX@XXX or XXX-XXX-XXX.
10. Can I return or exchange a product purchased at a MAC Cosmetics store or at my local perfume shop?
At MAC Cosmetics Online we only accept returns and exchanges of products purchased through our online store. Products purchased from a MAC store or local MAC disk must be returned to the point of sale. If this is not possible, please contact XXX@XXX or XXX-XXX-XXX for help.
